Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Los Angeles mansion gets an offer – half the asking price

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ scandal-plagued Los Angeles mansion has found a potential buyer — but the offer on the table is half the asking price.

Bo Belmont, CEO of California-based real estate crowdfunding firm Belwood Investments, has reduced an offer of $30 million for the Holmby Hills estate, despite it being listed for $61.5 million.

Combs put his 10-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion on the market in September after it had been at the center of his ongoing sex-trafficking case.

The sprawling property was the backdrop for many of his alleged “antics” and was raided by FBI agents in March as part of the investigation.

The Bad Boy Records founder, 55, bought the home in 2014 for $39 million. He still owns a mansion in Miami, Fla., that was also raided by federal agents in the spring.

Belmont — who recently bought Kanye West’s pillow in California — said he plans to refurbish Combs’ plush tampon if his offer is accepted.

“I want to remove the stigma and focus on the charming elegance of this extraordinary property,” he said in a press release.

“We’re aiming for major renovations, and we especially want to recapture the beautiful, bucolic ambiance of the outdoors, with the scenic trees, foliage and sidewalks,” said Belmont, who snapped up the Kanye West-designed Tadao Ando mansion for $21 million in September.

“This outstanding property will be a great asset to our growing portfolio of luxury properties,” he said, adding that the house will return to the market after undergoing a refurbishment.

During the raid on the property in March, authorities reportedly removed numerous electronic devices from the home and opened safes inside. In July, Page Six reported that the raids caused “significant property damage” to his mansions in LA and Miami.

Marketing images show the property standing behind hedges and with the mansion surrounding a manicured lawn.

The listing noted that the offering includes 1.3 acres. A cobbled path leads to the entrance, the foyer of which has a sweeping staircase flooded with light.

There is a large living room, a formal dining room, a chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar. As for other perks, there’s also a 35-seat theater, dual bathrooms and large closets in the master suite—and even a two-story guest house with a recording studio.

The September listing also noted that the home will only be shown to “pre-qualified clients.”
