Less than a year after announcing he was leaving New York, Sean Hannity is a Florida man with a Florida residence.
The Fox News star, 62, spent $23.5 million on a waterfront property in Manalapan, an affluent town in Palm Beach County, according to an announcement Tuesday afternoon from the listing’s representatives.
The Wall Street Journal first reported news of the deal, adding that Hannity’s new position sits on a barrier island with Atlantic Ocean and Coastal Water frontage.
The mansion was last listed for $18 million in 2021 – the following years saw renovations with new bathrooms, new floors and sliding windows.
Set on nearly 2 acres, the nearly 12,000-square-foot residence, which was built in 1990, has eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. This is Florida, it has a pool, a dock with a new sea wall and a balcony. There is also an observation terrace at roof level.
Inside, perks include a fireplace, a bar, a wine room and an elevator.
The newspaper notes that the apartment was originally listed in February for $29 million. It was listed in October for $25.95 million.
The images show a stylish residence accented with massive windows, a kitchen with eat-in space and plenty of storage – plus water views from almost every angle, including in a living area, a dining room and a home office. Local real estate agents told the Journal that, as it stands, the house is in good shape — but some savvy buyers might consider it a wreck.
In May of this year, Hannity listed his Long Island home for $13.75 million. Standing on nearly 6 acres on Center Island, that property quickly sold in June for $12.7 million in cash to a Hannity fan.
In early 2024, Hannity announced that he was broadcasting his radio show, “The Sean Hannity Show,” as well as his television program, “Hannity,” from West Palm Beach.
“If anyone’s been listening to this program for a long time, it’s been threatening to do so for a long time, but we’re now starting our first broadcast of my new home, and it’s in the free state of Florida. I’m out. I’m done. I’m done. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s good to be here,” Hannity said.
Gary Pohrer and Nick Malinosky of The Exclusive Group at Douglas Elliman had the listing. Vincent Spadea of Douglas Elliman represented Hannity in the deal.
