Nichole Andrews, a nutritionist and author of Oncology in Washington, revealed five “delicious, healthy” pizza ideas to replace pies with processed meats like pepperoni or pre-cooked sausage.

Andrews recommended topping your pizza with olives, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle on a few slices of feta for extra richness.
